Location: Centro, Klang
We are a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) agency that specializes in two-way communication "underground". You will not see our clients' ads except when we are wooing new customers. We provide integrated CRM solutions for our multinational FMCG (fast moving consumer good) clients like L'Oreal and Mattel who are interested to invest in building longer term customer relationship with their customers.
With our expansion, we are looking for people who are keen to earn & learn a living in the Customer Care industry. Job responsibilities:
1. Talk to consumers regarding their nutritional needs during pregnancy
2. Educate mothers on nutritional requirements and benefits during pregnancy
3. Handle customer enquiries and queries regarding product usage and benefits
- Minimum salary RM1,000.
- Work 5 days/week, Mon-Fri.
- Based in Centro, Klang.
- Female only, no age restrictions.
- Housemakers and retirees are welcomed.
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
- Good command of English & Mandarin.
- Academic qualifications: SPM / Diploma.
- Computer literate.
- No experience needed, training will be provided.
- Able to start immediately.
