Location: Bayan Lepas
· Experienced HR Executive with averagely good command of English and Chinese is required by our company to join us for an expansion challenge.
· To monitor and maintain staff leave record.
· To assist in daily HR operations - e.g. preparing HR correspondences such as appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, etc
· To monitor monthly staff probation and confirmation - issue confirmation of employment form.
· Organizing Staff Personal Files - ensure proper documentation and filing
· To monitor monthly Staff Medical Fees
· Administer employee's badges, safety shoes and uniforms distribution
· Prepares government form and submission, e.g. EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax to report on new hires and resigned.
· To administer and maintain Staff Medical Insurance Program.
· Manage the Human Resource Management System and ensure latest update and maintenance of data.
· Issuing warning letter (misconduct) to employees.
Involve in recruitment and selection process. (interviewing) Handling in disciplinary issue, domestic enquiry and counseling. |
